“High School is the time where teenagers experience life fully by testing all what is at their disposition to built their characters, their beliefs, and their past. All will be part of their beings as successful adults in a future community. In my opinion, BM is the ideal environment for a good mental and physical development of a student in preparation to what is waiting for them after High School. The diverse community and the strong education of BM, the variety of activities present in Lausanne and it’s close surrounding towns, as well as the balance of security and independence of Switzerland made up the perfect conditions for myself to enjoy the most of my high school years. It is comforting to know that this life experience brought me my closest friends; on whom I can count on wherever they are across the globe!
My goal had always been to go to college in America. BM was the perfect transition for me as it helped me choose the college life I always wanted.

 

 

I now attend Boston University where I am majoring in Astrophysics to then enter graduate school and get my PhD in Astronomy. After my first year of college, I realized that I made the right career choice, it is difficult but it is a true passion that I will be able to exploit fully. Also, I am planning to take classes to satisfy the requirements of a Business and Math minor. My plan is to get the best GPA possible, to make it into BU’s studying abroad program for my junior year, and to come back to graduate on time with one or two internships.

I am part of the Boston University ski racing team and astronomy club, and I have been working on the website of a promising Blog on the America’s Foreign Affairs. I made amazing friends that have a lot in common with me, but at the same time that are so unique in their own ways. To gain a bit of experience and probably get a bit of money, I’m trying to start a little business that will show me what to do and not to do in my future career path. I owe everything that I’ve become to my choices in life, and BM was definitely one of the best that I had to make as it forged me well for the future that yet has to come.
