Maternity Cover for a Chemistry Teacher

We are seeking a Chemistry Teacher to join our team from January 2022-June 2022. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international learning community which seeks to develop students and teachers in a supportive family environment.

Chemistry classes are small with passionate, engaged students most of whom are striving to study medicine at university. Small classes of dedicated students offers an incredible teaching experience and the ability to make a meaningful impact. As the only Chemistry teacher in the school the successful candidate must have experience of teaching Chemistry at IGCSE, AS and A Level.

We prepare students for college all over the world through an international curriculum which provides students with either an American High School Diploma or International Advanced Level’s through Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). Our co-curricular offerings range from skiing and volleyball to, drama, music and Model United Nations (THIMUN) conference in Singapore and The Hague as well as service learning with Habitat for Humanity.

Desired candidate should have:

  • qualified teacher status or equivalent
  • a proven track record of excellent results teaching Chemistry at IGCSE and A’ Level
